Software and purchases
Use of the LumoTray software is governed by the End User License Agreement. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment, taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds. Prices and availability may change before an order is completed; the checkout shows the amount that applies to your order.
Downloads and external services
Windows installation is delivered through Microsoft. Mac downloads and software updates are provided directly by LumoTray. Payments are handled by Paddle, and some app features connect to content providers selected by the user. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
The website is maintained with care, but software features, provider availability, operating-system behavior, release dates, and compatibility can change. Information may be corrected without notice. The website, downloads, and connected services may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or withdrawn.
Intellectual property
LumoTray, its website, application artwork, and original material are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Blog posts may be linked and quoted reasonably with attribution, but may not be republished in full without permission.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow LumoTray to use them to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of material that was already yours.

The website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumoTray disclaims warranties that can lawfully be excluded and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the website.
